Literature Analysis

Analyze the literature by issues, not just as a sequential list of other research

After describing the literature, you should analyze it, to find themes, agreements, conflicts, contradictions or gaps. Don't just report a sequential summary of what others have done, e. g. A did this, B did that, C did the other, etc. This presents as ‘What I read in the weekend", and is an undergraduate style. Reporting is not analysis. An analysis should be structured by issues, e. g. on one issue compare and contrast many authors, then "rinse and repeat" for other issues.
